This agreement is a legal contract between you and Steam VPN (referred to as the Service Provider) regarding the download, installation, and use of this VPN application (the App).

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your device.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy policies.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, carrier outages, device settings, or poor signal. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply when you use the App outside Wi-Fi or outside your home country. Confirm authorization from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Although we work to provide accurate node and route information, network conditions may be affected by data centers, carriers, or platform policies outside our control. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service as permitted by law. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized use: refunds may be refused if accounts, licenses, or digital service benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy as permitted by law. Changes take effect after publication on our website.
